Vehicle Hydropneumatic Suspension

The main task of this bachelor’s thesis is introduction of readers with main principles of hydropneumatic suspension. The introductory part, which aims to outline the historical background of the system, continuously follows the description of the principle of its function. This part also contains the typical features of this suspension system. This type of suspension is used at different types of vehicles, the specific applications are mentioned in the next chapter. The last section is about designing suspension for special military vehicle.

Title of thesis: Functional assesment of activities and participations according to the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health in patients with central hemiparesis Abstract: Functional independence and social integration, which are the domains of occupational therapy, are essential for the successful rehabilitation of patients. The International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health can provide a suitable framework for functional assessment, not only for occupational therapists. The main aim of this thesis is a determination of the functional picture of selected patients with central hemiparesis. The secondary objectives encompass firstly a verification of pre- established hypotheses, and secondly, an evaluation of the influence of the Day Hospital of the General University Hospital in Prague on the functional abilities of patients with central hemiparesis. Primary research methods comprise in particular a quantitative data analysis and comparison; however, a qualitative analysis of texts or description are also utilized. Polyamorous Identity: Biographies of Polyamours People

The bachelor's thesis deals with a new social phenomenon polyamory, an alternative form of a relationship, in which individuals have more relationships at the same time. The biographic study focuses on polyamory identity construction within biographic interview with participating individuals in the Czech Republic. The objective of the thesis is to present how polyamory is perceived by those who practice it in the society and culture where monogamous relationship is a standard. Based on the analysis, common features of polyamorists' biographies are presented (previous non-monogamous relationships, motives, rules). Polyamory in the present thesis is interpreted by Anthony Giddens's theoretical concept of pure relationship, too. The key part of the paper focuses on application of R. Sternberg's triangular love theory applied to polyamory and components form of passion intimacy and commitment in polyamory respondents' relationships. The thesis encompasses competence model proposal for polyamorists based on the final hypothesis which avers that polyamory is a skill/ability.

'NERV' its functioning and activities towards government

This paper points out to ambiguous relationship between the government CR and The government's National Economic Council (NERV). The reason for such defined relationship was indefinite establishment of NERV as an advisory body in 2009; Government political instability and lack of government on socio-economic recommendations during the boom period. The members of NERV were one of the best experts in the field of economics, finance, banking etc. providing the advisory services voluntarily. The Council was working in two phases, the first phase (2009) during the Topolánek's reign and the second one (2010 - 2013) during the Nečas's reign. In case of the Topolánek's reign NERV was not statutorily established and its task was to find the solutions for the Czech Republic at the beginning of the economic recession. In case of the Nečas's reign, The Council was appointed by the government resolution. During the second phase of NERV, there was prepared a document for the Czech competitiveness strategy. This paper offers more detailed description of NERV in terms of the four selected comparable advisory bodies, as well as the analysis of the interviews with former members and assistants from NERV in connection with the analysis of government documents and materials. Psychological Aspects of the Functioning on Consumer

The thesis deals with the relationship between consumer and seller. The thesis explores how the selected restaurant functions on consumers and how consumers perceive these influences. The study of selected restaurant and they consumers showed that most of respondents liked these influences. Most of the interviewed guests welcomed advice from the staff, evaluated them and then chose the best solution. Purport the thesis lies in discovering how to increase sales by means of the Functioning without manipulation and pressure on the consumer.
